Unfortunately the program did not work for me, and I did not have time to spent more time trying; but the very friendly staff tried to help me and responded quickly. It was not a problem to get the money back according to the 7 day- money back guarantee; probably the staff could have solved my problem if I had more time to it, but I had to start using my XQD card again.
