Really disappointing
Really disappointing. I bought a football shirt. The way they do the pricing is very unclear. You get a quote for the item and later you receive quite a high quote for the shipping, but only after you've paid for the product. Therefore it's unclear what the total cost is going to be. They sent the parcel to me and I was informed by the local postal company that the address was incomplete as there was no house number listed on the package. The package was then sent back to China. I asked for a photo of the package to see whether the address was incorrect and I was told they would not send me a photo and that the address used is the one I put in the system. I know I put the correct address there, but obviously have no way of knowing if a mistake was made at their end. The result of this was that I lost all of the money I paid and they wanted to charge me a fee to 'destroy' the item. I am sure many people deal with them successfully, but I will not know for sure as I won't be sending them any money again. Be very very careful and understand that you may spend money and not receive your product. If this is a risk you're willing to take then good luck to you!
