DO NOT PAY THROUGH ALIBABA, USE YOUR PERSONAL CREDIT CARD DIRECT TO THE SELLER FOR THE VISA PROTECTION. ALIBABA WILL NOT HELP YOU IN A DISPUTE Ive been sent the wrong product by a supplier. It arrived after the trade assurance deadline. ive proved this via emails from delivery company. i constantly get the same response from Alibaba. Please contact the seller. However the seller is ignoring me. this order was over $8000
order number 295498138001022100 I ordered what was supposed to be hidden door frame internal doors, i paid a premium for these. The documented discussion between me and the seller was crystal clear. The sales advert was completely clear. I was sent normal doors and frames. Alibaba didnt help at all. I was orginally getting a standard reply of please give us the tracking number to prove when the doors and frames arrived. Once i sent that. Alibaba are now saying contact the seller to resolve. The seller has been ignoring me after they realised their mistake. Alibaba will not help you when it effects their seller. I strongly recommend not using Alibaba for expensive purchases im over $8000 out of pocket
