Promo is a scam
I was offered a promo for additional exchange rate. I used it and noticed that it was not applied. I contacted their customer service on WhatsApp, and the agent said it’s a small difference. The issue is not the small difference in the remittance, but they should acknowledge that it’s the fault of their system and it should be corrected by them. Make sure that if you use their service and they offer you a promo that it actually worked. Hard to deal with this company. Beware. They will put a hold even for a very small amount like $200. My reply to @Panda Remit reply. I did select it. I had 2 offers and became one after using it. Your alibi is non-sense. Your customer service sucks; he just told me that it will not make a small difference instead of looking into correcting it. You just don’t know how to deal with bad situations. Your rating is still 1 star. If I could give a negative star, I would.
