Trustpilot has to be getting paid to remove experiences like mine. Health Cabin seemed to be ok, until I called customs and figured out that the 3 packages that they had been letting me believe had "cleared customs & was sitting in LA for 12 days without USPS picking any of them up", only to find out they haven't even entered the country after speaking with a rep from US Customs. Every day, they lied and lied, and then when I confronted them about what the custom's agent said, then the story changed to "Oh, it's still in our overseas warehouse". It's been well over a month, and they still continue to lie. Look at all of the reviews and try to find one like mine that says they didn't receive their items....you won't find one. Then, ask yourself, how would any company that's been in business since 2013 selling "world wide" never have a complaint about not recieving their items because Health Cabin doesn't have the things they advertise, and if you have an ounce of common sense, you will know it's impossible. The ONLY way it is possible is if "Health Cabin Pays Trustpilot to Remove those type reviews". Con artist thieves paying off Trustpilot so they don't have a single review of someone not receiving their items since 2013. If you trust Trustpilots reputation, it may not be today, it may not be tommorrow, but go make a purchase from Health Cabin and see how that pans out for you being the have almost 5 stars and are selling items they don't have, giving customers false tracking info from "17Track", and continuing to get business all because Trustpilot is bought and paid for. Now they have replied to this with even more lies. If you ask someone 10 times why 17tracks info was completely fabricated to make me believe my items were in the US for 9 days when they were still in China the whole time, and they avoid the question every time??? Oh yeah, that's fully explaining things. The person who stepped in to help was caught in 4 more lies while pretending to help. Pathological liars. I'll never believe any ratings from trustpilot again. This was worse than a nightmare and they're still lying. If trustpilots reviews make you comfortable sending your money to these pathetic Pathological liars, then you will feel as ignorant I have when they start lying to you with fake tracking info. Also, the person that was supposed to be helping was a smart-ass liar too which made it that much worse. If anyone from heath Cabin replies again, they still won't admit the tracking info given was a complete lie. Rest assured.
