Horrible Service
Horrible Service. Equipment assembly was scheduled for between 7:00 AM and 11:00 AM. At 11:00 AM I called and was told the technician was running. By 7:00 PM I had called multiple times until I was told the technician arrived at 6:30 PM, but could find no place to park. That's a flat-out lie. So 12 hours late and lying. I canceled. I called Nautilus and was told Dick's Sporting Goods could assemble it. I called Dick's and got the job done for $50 less this these guys.
