I noticed something about the AIM mail centre in Antioch which is disheartening and it has been ongoing from time to time. Sometimes, you will have to call, and/or email them several times before your mail can be scanned and that is not how it should be. The same priority that is given to people that walk into that location should also be given to people that are online (and have mailbox(es)) and are on paid monthly subscription. I wish AIM mail centre, Antioch, has someone specifically assignment all the time to manage online requests (scanning of mails, postage of Checks, etc); to make sure any online request is attended to asap because some of these mails are time-sensitive, and some people are bed bound or house bound, etc and need their mails sorted at the earliest. Good news! Michael (from Ipostal) was very kind, empathetic, professional, reliable and efficient in all that he did to help me out with my concern when I had delay from AIM mail centre in Antioch in getting my mail scanned. Michael was very fast in his response and effort by contacting AIM mail centre in making sure that I got my concern settled in a timely manner. My mail was scanned eventually.
