Unnecessary extra customer costs
Ordered a Xiaomi phone that was a total chinese version even though i had paid £30m extra for English version.When i complained they were happy to arrange for the return of the original phone and posted a credit against any new product of my choice.The problem is the shipping fee is lost and you have to pay it again on any new purchase.This seems unreasonable as the mistake is theirs.Pity but last purchase I make from Etoren.
