If you need it promptly Don't waste your time
We have ordered with Jennychem a few times and have no issues with the quality of the products. It is the delivery timescales. It lists 3 working days which is charged. We ordered on the 4th so would expect a delivery on the Friday the 7th. They even confirmed that with me. TRhey attempted to deliver (to a commercial unit) on Saturday at around 4pm. 1. Very few commercial premises are open then and 2 this is not classed as a working day. So ythis morning I have called only to be told they will have to try again sometime this week. To which i said so nearly 2 weeks.... The responses was "well yeah" I told him it was unnacceptable and the response was "ok". I then told him I would not order from them again and he said "no worries" and hung up.
