Dubious company, absolutely avoid
**UPDATE** Partial compensation of maximum $55 dollars offered on $300+ is not hassle free for when I have explicitly stated I wanted to cancel the order. That $55 could have been spent on a returns label, but still this company refused to which is super weird. Secondly, your customer service stated you operated on EST time... so, maybe clarify in-house. So going off information that was given to me, is what I am goinf off from and given that, my request still landed within your operating hours. Thirdly, no email has been sent to me. Doing damage control to your image rather than actively trying to rectify this issue. Hair nutrients do not smell the way your products smell by the way. But, my complaint still stands. I requested cancellation within operating time as confirmed by customer service mentioning you operate EST and it is on your website too. No assistance with my returns query actually, instead I have been asked to resell the hair myself and been offered $55 maximum to keep unwanted items. Good customer service would be to, accept that I did in fact request cancellation, and to grant that by providing returns label, as clearly you can afford to if you are offering compensation. Again, International shipping i have found is literally under £14. But continue to be vague and avoid accountability and actually resolving this issue. ** This company are so difficult to work with. I requested cancellation of the order within their opening time... I requested around 5:15pm GMT time on Friday and they said their opening times are 7:30pm - 4:30am EST. Which my request should have been sent within their working time and are refusing to accept a return. The keeping offering $20, $30, $40 and $55 compensation but refusing to cover shipping cost. In which i mentioned, if they can afford to offer compensation they can afford to pay for the return. Also they keep pushing for me to accept an order that I requested cancellation on a few hours after purchasing maind you worth over $300 for a poxy $55 compensation for unwanted items? Also the hair quality is not human it smelt extremely synthetic, it could very well be a human mix blend with synthetic, but absolutely not 100% human hair. They are a dubious company. Despite their return address states NJ they are actually operating in China and are using that as an excuse to not accept return due to shipping cost which I am more than confident costs less than $50. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, AVOID SUCH COMPANY AND SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.
