Disappointing
The response to queries was quick and detailed. However, whilst the parts of the sofa arrived on the delivery date there were three different carriers involved and the constituent parts arrived at different times throughout the day. The main issue is the fact that the sofa had to be completely constructed. The instructions said the parts were numbered/lettered they were not. It took two days to construct. The quality is poor and does not match the photograph on the website. A very disappointing experience.
