The worst delivery experience I have ever had. Pre-Ordered a book and the delivery of it was botched 3 times. Their delivery company, Hatchette, is utterly useless. Attempted deliveries with absolutely no notification. If I had not chased this there would have been absolutely no follow-up by them. Hatchette passed the blame on to the delivery service they used. Got my book after 5 months of follow-up. Very disappointing.
