Received an advice today that transaction is successful but i check my beneficiary bank and funds is still not available. Money was taken from my account March 4 and I received an Transaction successful notice on march 8. When I tried to reach their customer service characters are in Chinese although I requested it in English. Amount sent is $2,999.00 UPDATE I just received the transfer to my bank today. Their US phone number is always unattended, nobody response to their email. I saw in their app to click the "urge transfer" and it expedite the process. I only wish the their chatting will be translated back to English. I will try them again because they seems legit, although very strict with lots of verification. They have the best rates compared to other competitors and always give you an update on their app. I will consider it that because I am a first time remitter they have to be strict but I hope the next time it wont be.
