I did not receive some of the items
I did not receive some of the items I ordered. I worked through their customer service to get the missing items shipped to me or refunded but they required pictures of the packaging, of the packing slip, and of the delivered items INCLUDING THE MISSING ITEMS!!! You could tell they simply did not want to make the situation right. I’ve ordered through BH plenty of times but this one order with missing items and no help from customer service really has turned me off from BH ever again.
