Absolutely amazing service – couldn’t recommend enough! New Homes Mortgage Helpline have been incredible from start to finish. As first-time buyers, the whole mortgage process felt overwhelming at first, but they made everything so clear, straightforward, and stress-free. They were always approachable, responsive, and happy to explain things (even more than once!) and kept us updated at every stage. Nothing ever felt rushed or confusing, and we genuinely felt supported throughout the entire journey. Their knowledge of new builds and the buying process is outstanding, and it was clear they really had our best interests at heart. We couldn’t have asked for a better service and honestly don’t think we’d have a house without their help!!
