Good Support Service
I recently purchased rotimatic and am happy with the purchase. I’m still learning to understand and use the machine. Having said that, I’m pleased with the help and support I received in the past couple of weeks on the issues I had with making rotis. I would definitely thank the support person, Sagar who took time to make a video call, talk to me, explain the dos and don’ts and answered all my questions patiently. He was very knowledgeable and quickly resolved a couple of issues I was having in making rotis. Many thanks to Sagar for helping me! I’ve had a very good experience with the rotimatic support and help so far!
