To be honest, I didn't have very high expectations when I bought this product, and I actually made a mistake with the order itself. I sent an email but didn't get an immediate response—partly because the website isn't very clear regarding customer support. However, when they did reply (which I honestly hadn't expected), they were incredibly kind and assisted me with every question and request I had. The product arrived today—after about 20 days—and I am more than satisfied.
