⭐☆☆☆☆ **Very Disappointing Experience** I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience to help future customers make an informed decision. The trophy I received was completely different from what was advertised on the company's website. The product photos showed what appeared to be a three-dimensional trophy/plaque with a base and depth. Instead, I received what was essentially a flat plastic image that looked nothing like the item that was marketed and sold. The most frustrating part of this experience has been the lack of customer service. I sent multiple emails requesting assistance, a return label, or instructions on how to return the item, but I never received a response. Not even an acknowledgment of my concerns. I understand that mistakes can happen with orders, but what separates a good company from a bad one is how they handle those mistakes. Unfortunately, this company chose not to address the issue at all. If the product had been accurately represented on the website or if the company had simply responded and worked toward a resolution, I would have had a very different opinion. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company due to the misleading product presentation and the complete lack of customer support.
