I ordered the Hot Woman Bathroom Personalized catch all tray. This is definitely a JOKE. It appears to be unfinished piece. Sunflowerly sold an illusion of what they have pictured. This is basically a large piece of PLEXIGLASS with my picture inside. I have tried making contact with the company and no response. for $40.00 it is NOT worth it.

Delivery I received 2 different emails First saying it was delivered and another saying it’s in production. I tried calling the company, no answer, you have to leave a message… I wouldn’t recommend this company for personalized gifts. Too many red flags
Great quality items, I had a order that was made and one unit was created as a double, I reach out by email and they answered SO FAST, I really appreciate them for making it right by creating another order for free and shipping it! Got what was missing within a week. Sunflowerly, I will def order another again!

Terrible customer service. I was intrested in an item, sent them an E-mail requesting the width & lenght of the item. They state they will get back to me within 24 to 48 hours. Well past the 48 hous no responds. I also called there phone number to be told all reps are busy leave a message & phone number they will call back. left my message with my phone number no return call has advised. I do not recommend this company. They sis send me an E-mail for 20% off. Attempted to use the coupon it stated not valid. Unreal.
If I could give a negative rating I would. The product is not at all as advertised. I ordered what appeared to be a 3D model for my children’s upcoming birthday and college graduation so I ordered a total of 4. What I received were 4 printed photo on thick plastic. The back side of the photo isn’t even secured within the plastic so I’ll need to reinforce the photo on the back so it’s not easily scraped off. So incredibly disappointing. I will NOT use them again
False advertising. The quality of a child can make it in kindergarten better. if I could attach a picture of the piece of plastic with a picture in a box, the picture is of the box there’s no box there is no decorator box as shown the piece of plastic doesn’t even stand up. It falls over. I wish I could attach pictures. Their website has reviews, but when I try and leave my review, apparently it hat doesn’t have a good enough rating and their reply is we can’t post to review because you didn’t buy it from us. Are you serious?

Disappointing my son passed away and I purchased an image of him in a glass like material and instead of what was advertised I received a cheap tiny version Of what was shown.
I ordered what I thought was a memorial figurine according to the image that was generated on the Sunflowery website. Once I received the package it turned out to be a piece of acrylic with the images I uploaded, which I would have never ordered. I want what I paid for instead I received junk. Stop with the false advertisement the products look nothing like the generated images.
This Company is Horrible I place order 9/9 I communicated through email was told a gift for my 94 year old Mother would take @10 days to get as of 10/3 still in China when then Company led me to believe (as address shows Boulder Colorado) also called left messages no return calls emails with NO Help do Not be misled When advertising shows wonderful gifts but if never get them and still not even sure what I will get if it comes! I feel a Class Action against this Company would be a way to Stop scamming and misleading them might Stop this from happening to everyone who puts money we don’t have out to not get merchandise and not get the refund either
I am very dissatisfied with my purchase! With as much as I've paid for the personalized product that was advertised it turned out to be some kind of paperweight instead of what was advertised in the image & description! I would NOT recommend them to anyone! That's only my experience so I don't want to deter anyone else who's on here purchasing, just please be careful in knowing what exactly you're paying for.

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Sunflowerly. The wallet I received was extremely poor quality and felt very cheaply made. It was definitely not what I expected based on how it was advertised, and I did not feel it was worth what I paid for it. When I contacted the company to request a refund because I was unhappy with the quality, they gave me a difficult time and would only offer me a 50% refund. I don’t think a customer should have to lose half of their money for a product they are genuinely dissatisfied with. Between the poor quality of the wallet and the frustrating refund experience, I would not purchase from Sunflowerly again. I recommend being very cautious before ordering from this company.

Do NOT order from this company!! Its false advertising!! I ordered a memorial lamp of my deceased dog and paid over 50.00 for it. The picture was beautiful and I planned on hanging it outside my entrance way... today I received a cheap plaque!! It measures about 6 inches and is NOTHING like the original picture!! Don't order or you'll be sorry!
THE WORSE! Ordered Aug 19 , Sept 24th still no order received! No Customer Service. No clarity in placing order so it appears incorrectly. A waste of your hard earned money..
