I ordered a Personalized Baking Pot for my Granddaughter because she likes to bake & what they sent me clearly was not what I had ordered. I could have went to the dollar store & purchased it for $2 & slapped her picture on it just as well. Then they offered me a $5 refund on a $50 order. They said that what I received is what I had ordered. I sent them all the emails that I received of what I ordered & none of them look like the piece of crap they sent me. If I could give it a negative 100 I would for the order & the customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Let's stop these scammers!!!
Can you give it a negative -10 they are very deceptive about the description and when you call them out on it they offer you a. $5 refund for your disappointment. That’s the biggest insult to me. Don’t show it like a figurine and send a thick acrylic print. I’m am amazed that people buy anything from this company. Let’s just say buyers be aware of deceptive pictures
Modifying my original review, which follows. I did end up receiving the order a day ago. I never did receive any response from them and the tracking never worked. The item just showed up. It was packaged well and looked like the picture, but it was smaller than i anticipated. Original: I never received my order. I tried to track it using their order tracking link, and the one time it worked it showed the order sitting in Chicago for 30 days. Since then the tracking link hasn't worked. I tried to email them twice through their Contact form on their website with no response. I also emailed separately from my personal email and no response. I was an idiot not to check here first. $60 wasted.
Worst thing I ever spent my money on. It was a damn sticker on a cheap glass for $40. This definitely not what I ordered. And it’s totally impossible to get them to return it
There products are JUNK BUYER BEWARE the picture they show of the item looks way different than what you actually get. I paid 27 dollars for a magnet that does not hold and the whole thing is paper thin. I wish i would have read reviews FIRST before I purchased from them NEVER AGAIN I got a complaint filed with my pay pal because sunflowerly will not give me my money back. this is one of the worst customer service and company i have ever dealt with shame on them
I ordered what I thought was a 3D raised necklace. It took forever to get and when I finally did, it was some cheap thin metal. Everything they advertise on their website is false advertising! Nothing is 3D it's all flat items.
I failed to do my research, prior to purchasing what I thought would be a lovely 40th Anniversary gift for my sister & brother-in- law. That part is on me... However I feel mislead, the product is NOTHING LIKE WHAT is represented on the Sunflowerly Website and what I EXPECT. I’m out $52.38 for a cheap piece of plastic. I thought I was purchasing an elegant plack. I am so embarrassed because I sent it directly to them, which was also my mistake because I would not have given it to them had I seen it first 🙄. Absolutely disappointed
It is the first time I order from this company and have had nothing but an excellent experience. Their customer service is absolutely amazing. They will handle your issues in a very professional manner and will will respond immediately.
Terrible company scam artists ordered a lamp for my son I got a thin plastic stupid thing that don't stand up and can't see it when the lights on they didn't even put the right writing on it!!!!
Don't waste your money I ordered a angel with my brother picture for $40 all I got was a small glass wings with his picture smh not worth it I could of gotten that at temu for under $5 will not order from them again 😡
I ordered 2 items from this company in November of 2025. First, they sent me the wrong order, then they repeatedly said they'd send the correct order and never did. Then finally they said they'd issue me my money back, which never happened. After repeatedly contacting them, they then said their PayPal was messing up. Long story short, it's the end of August 2026 and still no reply. I will never order anything from these crooks again.
I was extremely hesitant to order this item because many of the reviews & bad publicity this site received. I LOVE their products & decided to throw caution to the wind. I placed my order & had no issues w/shipping. The product was well packed & looks amazing. My lady absolutely loves it & we are happy w/our product. I definitely recommend & will order from them again! 😀🙌👍🏾
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I ordered what I thought was a nice size solar light with my deceased mother’s photo to keep for remembering her. I waited almost 3 weeks to get it, came from over seas. It’s a flat piece of plastic with her picture . The slot that you put it down into on the solar part doesn’t even hold it tight and it wiggles around. I had to cut a piece of plastic off of the packaging to fold and put down in there to hold it steady. Light is illuminating but it flickers like it has a short. What I thought would be something memorable and spent $40 on is actually just a piece of plastic junk on a stick. Don’t bother ordering anything from this company . You will just be wasting your money!!!
First, it looks like you are ordering from the USA, but after confirmation, you find out it is coming from China and will take weeks to arrive. When the item finally arrived, it was only remotely similar to the pictures of the item.
Would give 0 stars!! These people never sent my package and said they did.. I’ve been waiting 6 months and they tell me my package as already been sent and won’t give me a refund.. I live on a military base where no package comes up missing.. I would not waste your money as I did mine!!
