I was very disappointed in the product I received. I was tricked into buying my father a gift from this site because the advertising was cute and showed a 3D image. The product that was sent was flat and surrounded by a clear coating. It was very different then what the site showed. The company did refund me 50% of my money, but only that much because the small print has a different discription than the image. You would only catch this if you are savvy enough to read everything on your order before purchasing. I felt deceived.
This is such a scam. I paid more because I thought it was a handcrafted wooden statue of my family photo; it's as shown on their website. But it's actually a printed picture on a piece of wood.
It turned out beautiful, it brought tears of joy. I have nothing bad to say, if you ever want anything for you to remember, cherish then go to them, they are very kind, and caring.
Total false advertising buyer beware what you see and thank your ordering is not what you're gonna get. Yet another instance of if it looks too good to be true , it isn't
The order was incomplete. now they are ghosting me. Next time I will research a company before I order. Stay away from this company! They should not be in business!
I got my stepdad a gift from this company and it sucked!!!! Like bad. The mock up had my geeked but when it arrived it was the lowest level gift I’ve ever given. Terrible!!!!
Ordered what I thought was a soap dispenser of my husband where the soap part went through hate what I received was a print of my husband glued to a plastic soap dispenser FALSE ADVERTISING AT ITS BEST! Sent 2 emails no response at all!
Very disappointing. Ordered two items. One came out as expected and the other looks like an AI character. Asked for it to be redone or a credit. All they did was argue through multiple emails. Only after the 8th email over 3 months ( I really thought they’d make it right) do I come here and post a negative review.
It took one month and half for me to receive the product. During the waiting period I attempted to obtain the order status from company and the only thing I got was the product was in transit. Finally once I got the product it wasn't the same as the picture plus other quality issues such as the engraved message had partial words covered by paint.
It was very easy to upload my pets picture for the weather vein. The image on the page looked exactly like the picture. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived that it looked exactly as the one on your site I had uploaded
DO *NOT* BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! 13 WEEKS REPORTING A DEFECTIVE IMAGE AND NO HELP! Item took weeks to be received--which would be okay--except the item had a significant blemish on my beloved Dad's face. March 14 I sent description and requested photo. *9* WEEKS LATER on May 25, I get a reply *asking me to describe the problem and send a photo* !!! I replied right back--AND NOTHING as of today, June 15!
Never received order.Was told original order was lost.Told it would be redone never got confirmation for second order. I ordered a 3.1” personalized cat shaped metal pendant necklace. What I received in mail was total disappointment. More like a shock to me. It’s just a thin layer of metal with a picture of the animal on it and surprisingly a picture of those shiny stones instead of actual stones! It doesn’t worth more than $3.00. Your picture shows a thick shiny frame with actual shiny stones on it. This ugly piece of metal is a shame and not worth putting on my neck. It was total dishonesty. Photos so different from actual product.This necklace is a piece of crap.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company.
From the beginning, the ordering process has been frustrating and poorly handled. The item I received was not what was advertised on the website and was not what I paid for. The product photos clearly showed a crochet graduation bouquet, but what I received was essentially a pillow with a printed image and a noticeable white border that was never shown in the listing photos.
After contacting customer service, I was asked to provide photos, videos, shipping label information, and a description of the issue. I promptly submitted everything requested. Since then, I have sent multiple emails requesting an update on my return and refund, only to receive the same automated response repeatedly.
At this point, I feel completely ignored as a customer. The company has all the information they requested, yet I still have no resolution, no refund, and no meaningful communication regarding my case.
I paid for a product that was misrepresented and did not match the advertised photos. All I am asking for is a refund for an item that is clearly not as described.
Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company. I will be sharing photos of both the advertised product and the item I actually received so others can make an informed decision before ordering
