The item i paid $50 for is something I'd spend $3 on for a gag gift. Its crooked, not at all like the pic provided and just cheap, cheap, cheap. I have written them 5 times, so far, to return for my money back.

Such poor quality. Read and believe all of the 1 star reviews. It is a photo glued to some plastic. Nothing like the photo they send you and their response is “ oh well you should read our terms and conditions”

I should have paid more attention to the existing reviews before I ordered something from this company. I received my order today, looks nothing lik I anticipated. The craftsmanship is so poor. Was not a figurine as the add shows, it was a crappy piece of plastic with a picture glued on. Sharp edges that I will have to fix before we can give it to the person we purchased it for. The price should be about 8 dollars for what I received not the 60 dollars I paid. Stay away from this company or you will not be happy. Items look nothing like the advertised picture..

You all should be ashamed of yourselves, I am on a fixed income and I tried to send something nice for my daughter for her birthday, thank you so much for ruining it for her. You misrepresented yourselves you should be ashamed for taking people's money. You should get a zero star. But unfortunately leaves no place for that. I don't know how any human being can take advantage of people, one day I hope it happens to you and you get taken for everything you've got. I've sent several emails and I've got no reply. Shame on you people. All of you who works there shame on you all. Plus you didn't even deliver on time like your website said. You sent me a picture of what I was going to get and that is definitely not what I got.

DO NOT BUY. Ordered graduation necklace not as described at all. Not 3d but a falt cheap pecice of metal. With a hole drilled in it to put chain through. No link as picture shows. Suppose to have nice black gift box came in a flat cardboard envelope. When you come tact for return u get email that says they will get back to you with return info aas it is a busy time. They never contact you with the info to return.

I would give them negative stars if I could. I contacted the customer service line prior to shipping regarding customization and after no response, reached out to their local US landline and left several messages. Finally, I received an email response assuring me my customizations would be made and that I would see the product BEFORE it left the oversees warehouse. Not only did my item arrive far later than the estimated shipping time ( I had to pay for shippping and import fees for a delayed product), but then this incompetent company sent me a sample product with no resemblence to the pictures I provided. Hell, the images aren't even the same damn race as my request! I am beyond livid. I am contacting my banker first thing to open a case. I should have read the reviews before purchasing. This company is terrible! Edit: I have contacted your customer service department with the order number and my complaint. I don't have a recent response to date. If you have manage replies here, surely someone can manage my issue, yes?

Ordered a memorial gift- don’t order
I ordered a memorial gift for my nephew who lost his brother. His brother was a 9 year old and he is only 5. I was looking to get a doll like in the photo and this is what I received. I am so disappointed. It is horrible. I can’t upload pictures but it was supposed to be a personalized doll. And it came on a flat pillow that was just printed on cheap fabric.

My items are cheap crap and every time I try to call the number to return them I get a voicemail. This company is a scam. Do not support them! Edited to respond to company reply. I have already spoken with your customer service team and communicated my concerns via email. The response I received did not address the core issue: Your website does not clearly indicate that the image shown, including the image customers are asked to review and confirm before placing the order may not accurately represent the actual product received. Additionally, I have found that other customers report similar experiences which raises concern about potentially misleading product representation the difference between what is shown and what is delivered creates an impression of a bait and switch situation, which is very disappointing as a customer.

I was greatly disappointed that the item I ordered appear as small statue like 3D figure. What I recieved was a plastic overlay and a purchased box, that was damaged. The item was 1 dimensional and flat , very disappointing. This was not at all what I imaged ordering, due to it being overseas it's difficult to obtain refund. So I'm stuck.

Absolutely horrible product, in the item page, it looked absolutely stunning but, upon receiving the item, it was just a piece of thick paper, just junk, they glued to a vase, the image looked like elementary school Photoshop project. Their response time in their customer communication by email takes days if not weeks. to get an answer. I wish I can give this 0 stars.
