You can start by acknowledging your customers request. Do not order from this company I've tried multiple times to reach out. Do not order the customized paper towel holder. I order this item for my birthday and was I disappointed. Please don't waste your money. It was not worth the $30 + I spent. I don't usually bash a company but I'm big on customers services because I'm a good customer. I'm just so over it. Everytime the name pop up on my phone I get upset .Just got robbed. DON'T ORDER FROM SUNFLOWERLY you've been warned.
If I could put -5 I would. They use AI to make it look so nice then you receive something that came out of a quarter machine. Waste of my money!!!!!! FALSE ADVERTISING!!!! I would NEVER spend the amount of money I did on the junk they sent me. Horrible people. Put real photos of the product you’re selling. I brought an autism necklace for my niece and I’m so embarrassed to give it to her. I told her dad to hang it on the wall or on his rear view mirror. Will NEVER shop on your website again.
Photo of the item ordered and the actual item received was nothing alike. The item showed a crocheted bouquet of flowers and what I received was an image printed on a pillow. Reached out multiple times to the company with no responses or resolution. Do not recommend this company.
Sunflowerly was definitely very deceptive in regards to their items. They advertise a custom 3D pillow of your loved one as a memorial and sent out an item that is far different.
I wish I was able to share the side by side pictures so everyone could see the difference, but alas, there is no option to do so.
This company is a fraud and now I can see with all the negative reviews why. Facebook should not be allowed to advertise for them. They are deceiving with the products the advertise becuase your final product looks nothing like it. Then when a customer is disappointed they only offer a $5 discount and won’t do anything about it. Horrible customer service and horrible experience.

The trophy I received was completely different from what was advertised on the company's website. The product photos showed what appeared to be a three-dimensional trophy/plaque with a base and depth. Instead, I received what was essentially a flat plastic image that looked nothing like the item that was marketed and sold.
The most frustrating part of this experience has been the lack of customer service. I sent multiple emails requesting assistance, a return label, or instructions on how to return the item, but I never received a response. Not even an acknowledgment of my concerns.
I understand that mistakes can happen with orders, but what separates a good company from a bad one is how they handle those mistakes. Unfortunately, this company chose not to address the issue at all.
If the product had been accurately represented on the website or if the company had simply responded and worked toward a resolution, I would have had a very different opinion. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company due to the misleading product presentation and the complete lack of customer support.

The ads are so very deceiving ! I will never order anything from this company again. I ordered the photo on soap dispenser. Its plastic and the image is so cheap looking. It will get plenty of laughs but I could have done a better job myself and saved my money . Don't waste your money on this company !!
I got a flat acrylic picture. Asked for editing to the picture and no changes were made. False advertisement for sure. I did play it safe and order one before ordering multiple. The gift boxes are way larger than the product shipped. Took a while to arrive but finally did arrive. No contact information provided to reach customer service. Be careful and read the find print.
If I can give this site no Stars I would do so. I ordered a ring and when I received it it was poorly made the The craftsmanship was very effortless it was cut very sloppily. You can hardly read the names on this ring. It was flimsy. I sent a picture to them of the item I received and the item I was supposed to receive and they said they don't see anything wrong with it.

Very disappointed with this purchase. I placed my order on April 29, 2026, and did not receive it until May 31, 2026. After waiting over a month, the item I received was completely different from what was advertised. I ordered a vase, but instead received what looks like a cup with a picture of the vase printed on it. The product does not match the listing at all and is not what I paid for. The extremely long shipping time and the misleading product description made this one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!!! Their website promotes photos of huge pieces for memorials but what you receive is a tiny 10cm item, I paid nearly AUD$70 to place in my garden to celebrate my 92 y.o.
