They put the letters backwards
They put the letters backwards and I have send them several emails with pictures of what THEY did wrong and I have not heard from them, no refund, or at least send the product again the correct way. It's a theft what they are doing to the customers

I give it 1 star because I can't give it 0, product is very lovely BUT they made a mistake in my order and put the words backwards, I have send them the information they requested 3 times and I have not had a response
