I just received the “ necklace” I ordered for my daughter. It is a real piece of junk. It was supposed to show her 14 year old cat who just passed from cancer. Even though they state it is personalized it is definitely not. I sent a picture but it is a generic picture of a calico, not Lil Girl. This is NOT something to wear, it is very sharp, ugly, tinny, one sided and a waste of money. I had to call several times as there is no communication. I am so disappointed . I was really hoping this would be nice. I’m contacting my bank to get my money back. The next time anyone orders from Sunflowery I hope they think twice because this is child labor. Buy USA. I’m not even going to show this to my daughter it is disgusting.
I would not recommend anyone purchasing from this company. I purchased an item as a gift. The item was not sent. I contacted their customer service via telephone that had a message that their mailbox was full. I contacted them via email they finally responded days later stating that my item had been lost and would I be willing for them to make and resend the item. I agreed and as of this date which is almost 2-weeks later I have not heard anything else
from this company. I have emailed them and asked for a full refund. I’m waiting to see if they will respond within a couple of days. If not, I will be contacting my credit card company. Buyer beware do not order from this company their customer service is horrible.
Scammers, my product never arrived, It seems that it was delivered to the wrong address. I complaint and I was ignored and nothing happened, I paid with shop and they didn’t helped me either at the end I wasted $60 for nothing.
Order rug for my grandson 1st birthday they sent the wrong rug after I called 100 times soon as order was placed with correct pic told me dnt worry they got the right pic I called every 2 days to make sure they promise they taken care of the issue only for the wrong rug to come then instead of replacing it they want to send a discount for another one, the first one dnt look nothing like my grandson pic please dnt order from them unless u want to throw your money away they not professional always got to leave voicemail and they call back few days later or email days later and always say I'm get back with u and I order a lighted sign it came wires hanging from back half glued! Their Facebook page will have u fooled

Im devastated My sis just passed I bought this personalized garden sign with a picture of My sis that just passed this is what I got.Its soo much smaller than the picture on site.Soo small I can put it on the palm of my hand.SMH I would never buy from this company again False Advertisement
If I can give this company a negative star I would. I purchased 2-products as a gift at the same time to the same address. I received the tumbler but not the necklace the shipping for next item states that the item has the wrong address and will be returned to the sender. I verified that the address is correct. They have already delivered one of the items that I purchased. I have emailed their customer service 3 times and have not received a response. I called their customer service and it states that their mailbox is full. Their customer service is horrible via email and phone you cannot get anyone to assist you. Their shipping timeframe is to long especially when you purchase an item as a gift for someone. I really would like some kind of resolution regarding my order. If I do not receive a response then I will be contacting my credit card company. Again, their customer service is horrible!
How are these items what i ordered they look nothing like the previews at all...they look really cheap probably could have done better with a 3D Printer...very unsatisfied
Avoid these guys. I ordered a shirt for the 4th of July in May and it arrived a few days before the 4th and the shirt size was very small, unwearable. I requested an exchange the day it arrived and after weeks of requesting they have not been cooperative. Find somewhere else to make your purchase.
horrible customer service...ordered 3 items and only received 2 of them. One item had mispelled words and I never received the custom necklace I ordered for my son to honor his memory. I will never ever ship with this company again. Instead of doing the right thing and issuing me the correct products I paid for, I have to dispute my credit card charges and be inconvenienced trying to plead my case to have my money returned..DO NOT SHOP with this company...SCAMMERS.....
I was very apprehensive about ordering from this company. A friend showed me what she ordered and I could only hope that mine turned out as good as hers did. I ordered the “ You Always Be Stuck With Me - Personalized Couple Faux Fur Shaped Pillow × 1.”
The order arrived exceptionally quick! In addition, the image on the pillow looked exactly like the picture I uploaded! Yes, the shape of the pillow is a bit disappointing because the mock up they give looks more 3D, but overall it is a nice double sided product! To top it off, it was an anniversary gift and my partner absolutely loves it!
I ordered from them last may to surprise my husband but till now haven't received it and I asked them to gave me a refund but they just ignored me I'm not gonna order this site again its a scam,
I bought 2 personalized items - One item was okay but smaller than I expected. The other is nothing like the advertisement and the company would not provide a refund. False advertising is poor customer service. I will never purchase from Sunflowely again.
They put the letters backwards and I have send them several emails with pictures of what THEY did wrong and I have not heard from them, no refund, or at least send the product again the correct way. It's a theft what they are doing to the customers
First I got an email after MANY requests for a status update, no return to customer service messages left regarding my order. I ordered a gift for my wife, who was on assignment out of town during Valentine’s Day And the order was not received until months later. The only emails I got repeatedly was they were in a busy season and they would update me, then weeks later I got an email stating the order, which I neither received a status on nor a shipping number, was supposedly lost in shipping and a new order was being processed. Before the order was ever shipped I requested a shipping address update, since the process had taken so long that my wife’s contract had ended and she was returning home. Even after many emails and phone calls, which were never returned, I got a notice that my emails had been going to the company’s spam folder. This is something that should never have happened, as the customer emails should be added to the system immediately upon placing an order to keep that from happening.
So, they shipped the extremely late order to the wrong address anyway, which of course we never received. I placed my order in the beginning of February and now in July I gat a customer service email stating that I didn’t request the updated address change within 24 hours, even though the order had not been shipped until over a month after requesting the address change.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. I’d also recommend looking at their site information, at the very bottom of their site and see the other websites listed that the same company operates and avoid them as well.
From reviews I’ve seen the items that look like they are thick, with depth and a platform and stand on their own, are simply acrylic and not 3 dimensional objects. EXTREMELY MISLEADING‼️

Item is NOT the same as the picture. Please read product description before purchasing from this website. I reached out and they said that they would not return or refund since the product description stated that the image was flat. 100% my fault for not reading but definitely think the picture should look like what you're actually getting. I will NOT purchase from this company again and will tell everyone I know to steer clear. What a disappointing father's day gift for my fiance.
If I could give zero stars I would. Do not order from this company. Shipping takes forever, the lighter doesnt even work and the size and custom print is a joke. Y’all save your money and go else where!!!!!!!!
