DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH SUNFLOWERY
I placed my order on April 8, 2026 and have not received it yet. I have called and left message and each time I call an agent isn’t available. I left several details messages and to no avail. I’ve also sent emails and the response is a generic response stating that they’re behind. No estimate as to when I would receive my product. I will say that they send about 2 emails per day with advertisement. They lost their minds if they think I would ever place another order with them let alone recommend them. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH SUNFLOWERY BECAUSE THEY WILL SCAM YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY.

Sunflower is not a reputable company. Their items on their website doesn’t look like what you get contacting them is a piece of work. They don’t answer their calls. They lie about helping you and then they forget about you. Their product sucks. I will never ever do business with them again they are a scam. Whatever you do do not order from them. You will be dissatisfied and out of your money, I don’t see how a company cannot be liable for their products and disillusion about what they sell because I bought it from them three times trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but each time I was disappointed, and neither item was like the picture. Save your money and try and find something else cause you won’t find it here.

I had a glitch in the web site while completing my order and accidentally ordered 2 watches. The next day I saw the order confirmation and realized the error. I sent them an email only to receive an automated response. After 5 weeks I received the watches. I sent another email and received another automated email. Now every time I send a message I get the same run around. No action just delay, delay,delay.

Order from this company only if you hate yourself! They are absolutely terrible. They have messed up two of my orders with no resolution as of yet. Nonexistent customer service!

I purchased two of there products
I purchased two of there products. Nothing like it shows on the website. I wouldn’t advise no one to buy there products. On the website it show where it’s big enough to hold in both of your hands and it’s on a flat glass stand. No it’s small and for it to stand up you would to lean it against something. Both of them fits in one of my hands . Looks like something I could have bought at the dollar store..

PLEASE don’t waste your money by purchasing from this company! I failed to do my research, and boy did I screw up. The product is NOTHING LIKE WHAT YOU EXPECT. I’m out $45 for a cheap plastic piece of crap. I thought I was purchasing a keepsake doll in the image of my granddaughter in her softball uniform.
