While I found customer service to be quite good, shipping time was "ok" (about 3 weeks from placing order)the product itself is garbage. The preview of my item made it seem realistic and good quality. It's basically a sticker put on a cheap piece of....very thin metal?? Even the "diamond effect" was a sticker. The back of it was already showing signs of what looked like rust and discoloration upon arrival. The chain is obviously going to turn your skin green. Just very very cheap for having spent $60USD on. I won't be ordering from them again nor would I recommend sadly. They have a good idea but can't follow thru with the quality.
I ordered 3 for birthdays..it's been months, at this point I feel like I've been robbed:(..I see customers mention that the products are cheap or look nothing like the advertising product..hell I'll take anything something is better than nothing. After asking for a full refund the emails stop!
It was not at all what they advertised and I want to help other know that they advertise very unique and special gifts but the actual item does not look anything g like what they advertise.
I ordered a custom acrylic keepsake from Sunflowerly for $44.95, and what I received looked nothing like the product shown in their advertisement.
The listing made it appear bright, detailed, and truly 3D with real layered depth. What actually arrived was a dark, flat acrylic piece with what looks like a printed/sticker effect to fake the 3D appearance. It looked cheap and very disappointing in person.
This was supposed to be a special keepsake gift, and the quality was nowhere near what was advertised. I feel the product was misleading and not accurately represented.
I would not have purchased this if the listing had honestly shown what the real product looks like. Buyers should be aware that what you receive may be very different from what is shown online.Misleading “3D” Product – Nothing Like Advertised
Absolutely horrible experience. Tried to contact via email and phone for over a month to get an update on order status to no avail. After reporting the case to PayPal they finally responded and made my item. What was advertised as a beautiful, partially customizable 3D necklace (in memory of my late Yorkie) with cubic zirconia and inscription turned out to be a completely flat, printed picture on some cheap, flimsy metal material. Couldn't get a refund through PayPal because it was "customized" so I'm out, over $40, for this disgrace of a necklace. Definitely would not recommend to anyone...Ever.
Sunflowerly is a knock off I purchase a lamp with a picture of my sister for her birthday. It’s was nothing like what was on the website. I’ve call left messages and sent several emails with pictures attached. I have gotten returned phone calls but nothing has been resolved. This site should be taken down from all platforms. I came across them on Instagram wish I never ordered anything from them but you live and learn
I ordered a customized 3D acrylic plaque with expedited shipping from Sunflowerly on March 16th. They processed my credit card on the same day. I have emailed them (you can't call them) about my order on March 17, 21, 26, and April 1 with no response. Nor have I received the product, which was originally estimated to arrive on March 25. At this point, after reading all of the other reviews, I hope they NEVER get around to shipping whatever poor excuse for a product that they come up with.
I ordered a pillow of my dog that passed away in February. The image they sent me of what it would look like had a 3d face with fur on the chest and tail. I received my package finally on 3/13/26 (over a month later) and immediately knew something was wrong because it was crammed in my mailbox. If you want a pillow with a flat picture of your dog printed on both sides, then this is the place to order from. If you expect to receive a pillow that looks like the preview they gave you, I do not recommend this company. I have sent emails to the company on 3/13 and 3/26 requesting a refund and each time I immediately got an email back saying they are busy and will get back to me. To date, I have not heard from them. I thought about disputing the charge on my credit card just so they would contact me but it's just not worth it. I'll lay that pillow on my bed where she slept because she's no longer here to do it. I absolutely should have read these reviews before I ordered. Lesson learned
I would give it a "0"! This company is a big SCAM. They do not return emails. There isn't a phone number or tracker for order. Do NOT order from this company. They hide their reviews on social media and on line.
The product is misleading and in agreement it says no refunds. The product is nothing like the ordered piece .Listen I'd err on the side of caution before ordering anything from the company.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. YOU will receive a completely different order. Nothing from what you purchased. They should be sued for a misleading advertisement.
I purchased the Veteran "lamp". Poor quality and very misleading. The pictures shows a vibrant lamp. This came to me 1 in in thickness flat and not bright in color at all. LED lights to luminate the picture and doesnt have a plug it is a USB. Not satisfied..
SUNFLOWERLY is a Horrible company. They literally just took my money away from my bank and returned me a piece of garbage. Nothing closed to what they showed on their website. I lost $53.90. They showed an item before I submitted the order and I got nothing but garbage. I tried contacting them but did not succeed. I sent emails but never responded to my complaint. I regret ever seeing this company on the website!

There is nothing nice I can say about the item I bought. Please stay away from the sites. I got a memorial necklace for my daughter who passed away away 4 months ago and it is an absolute disgraceful thing. Cheap shit.
Its like in some of the reviews I read. Its a picture inside a thick pexi glass and that's it! There is no DOLL figure like they say. I really like how they take you as a fool. I'm not going to fight it but its false advertisement. I'm not sure of their other products but this is not in my case.

THE ITEM I BOUGH YOU CAN HOLD IT IN THE PALM OF YOUR HAND. IT IS CHEAP LOOKING. IT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE IT IS ADVERTISED. I BOUGHT THREE AND TOLD THE PERSON I GAVE IT TO TO TRASH IT. IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THE PRODUCT IS CHEAPLY MADE.
