I ordered a memorial product from Sunflowerly After ordering it I read the reviews and they were horrid. I was really nervous. Then one of the 4 products of the same kind came and it’s absolutely wonderful. It’s very nice. I’m still waiting in my other 3 but there was a payment issue on my end. It got resolved so I know they wiii come soon. I highly recommend sunflowerly.

Do not thrust this company....you will received a cheap print instead of a 3D statuette....and they offer 10$ refund out of 120$.... Not enough....bunch of crooks

I am writing to formally express my…DISSATIFACTION.
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent order and to request an immediate resolution.
When I placed my order, I submitted a personal photograph with the clear expectation — based on your product description and marketing — that I would receive a three-dimensional statue rendered from that image. What I received was an acrylic, cartoon-style piece that bears no meaningful resemblance to what was advertised or what I reasonably expected based on the materials provided at the time of purchase.
This is not what I ordered. The product delivered does not reflect the image I submitted, the style I was shown, or the standard I was led to believe I would receive. I consider this a significant misrepresentation of the product.
Additionally, the waiting period for this order was unreasonably long and well beyond what was communicated to me at the time of purchase. The combination of an excessive wait time and a product that does not match the original description is simply unacceptable.
My dog Dash passed away. I wanted something nice to remember him by so I ordered a ceramic plant pot in his image. A photo was sent to me that looked wonderful. What I received is absolute cheap plastic garbage. Its a crappy photo of a flowerpot glued to a cheap plastic box. Stay away!!!
So disappointed! I ordered a personalized teddy of my grandfather. The example pictures they show are so amazing and I was excited to receive my parcel and happy with what it was supposed to look like. When I received my order I cried! It was not at all what I ordered. Instead of a teddy I got this shaped pillow with a photo of my grandfather on it.

I received the product on March 19, 2026 and I ABSOLUTELY HATE the product!! The image is missing the eyeglasses and the face was distorted from the original, so it doesn't even resemble my daughter at all!! I requested a return and waiting to hear back from the seller.
I ordered around 9 what I thought was 3d products for myself and kids! 2 of them are so wrong even if he wrong hair color and the one that was supposed to say “The Girls” just says The… yes with the dot dot dot! I’ve emailed with no response ! They look nothing like what they show on the website! I spent lots of money and want what I paid for! A couple were cracked or sharp serrated as well! Do not order from here!!!! I have pictures if there is a way to show
I have the same complaint as others wrote in the reviews. I was deceived in there advertisement what I received was a plastic plague not a figurine and now I think I won’t get my money refund. So pissed!
Item received did not match the item I ordered on the website.
First, it took over a month to receive my package! Clearly the picture of the item on the website was not what I received, and they know that. No, I would never order from this company again, nor would I recommend them to a potential client. The misrepresentation of the products they offer is shameful. Do not order I’m still waiting on a refund after sending : msssagss to get a refund but all it says is that it’s a high column season so they will get back to me but they never even get back to me I’m telling you if I could sue them i would the shot I pad for i no bigger then my palm and it looks nothing like the pic I sent them and also the description of the item I ordered had a stand and I thought was way bigger but no do not order from them they use like ai or something because the pic I sent them of my family looked nothing like us they are frauds. The wallet I had made for my husband the year before cost less and was exactly what I ordered and it was leather wallet from Amazon I think or another place but anyways it was way less and it was engraved on 3 different places and looked just like I thought it would the pictures even looked exactly like us being engraved and I figured that would be harder then what I wanted from this company hell temu does a better job
I'm very happy with what I got. It's what I expected. I don't know why other people are mad. You get what you pay for. The picture was perfect. I knew it would b a lil cheaper made and not like real thick silver. Duh anyway I luv my necklace and am happy. I will shop again. Like I said you get what you pay for.

I placed an order for a 5" 'plaque.' What I received looks NOTHING like what I ordered. The product I looks cheap and I NEVER would have paid what I paid for this!! This was supposed to be a birthday gift for my sister and now I have less than 2 weeks to find something else for her. I'm TOTALLY disappointed and will be requesting a refund!!
This business should be charged with FALSE advertising ! As seen in many previous reviews (which I did not check before ordering) they make you think your getting a "3D" sculpture or figurine, but in reality its a AI generated photo plastered on a piece of plexiglass. One particular video advertisement shows a fisherman in a boat on the water while holding a fully 3 dimension sculpture of a fish being firmly held in his hands. And later in the same add shows more fish 3D figures. All of those "3D" figures are AI generated. Purely FALSE ADVERTISEMENT ! They do mention in small print about it being attached to plexiglass. If that is the case, then they show the picture stuck on the plexiglass as it actually is. Definitely got fooled by this ! Ordered on 2/25/26
Unfortunately, I did not have the best experience with the company, I ordered a picture for my daughter’s birthday. After 11 days, the order number was not created. I didn’t get any proof of my purchase, except the bill on my credit card.
