I ordered a supposed vase or thats what the advertisement showed. When i got the item after a month it was nothing like the item i ordered. It was an acrylic picture glued to an acrylic box vase. It was supposed to be a porcelin vase to look like a friends dog who passed away...not happy at all..terrible. do not buy from these people. False advertisement
I placed 1 order, a remembrance pillow of my father, for my stepmother. Tracking information showed " parcel information received" and that was it... No further information. A second order, pillow for my wife shipped. Of course it looked nothing like the 3d AI generated picture they sent me. Well , every time I tried to contact sunflowerly by email, support would send the tracking information on the package I received even though I specifically gave them the order number and tracking number. I asked for a refund because the package was lost. No response. I tried calling support and left messages. No response. I ordered a replacement pillow, they accepted payment...no further updates from them. A month after the pillows were supposed to arrive I contacted my credit card company and filed disputes. Amazingly sunflowerly responded to me by email saying they will refund the 2nd order since it's a duplicate and will make sure the 1st order will get shipped again ONLY if I close my disputes out. I responded that I wanted a refund on both purchases and I wasn't going to close my disputes until after I received my refunds because if I closed them, I would NEVER see my money back . Sunflowerly customer service has stopped responding to me. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT SHIP ANYTHING OR IT WILL LOOK LIKE GARBAGE!
False advertising at it's best. Order was nothing like they advertised. Have tried emailing them numerous times with no response or communication except they were dealing with high volume season. This company should be boycotted and hopefully karma bites them fair on the bum.

I ordered the nana turtle with my grandkids names what I ordered & what I got were 2 complete different pillows I tried emailing them but waiting for a response I tried to add photos of the pillow but won’t let me
so I ordered from this place and they took my money and gave me no products. I spent 74. 57 and didn't get anything. I've sent emails and they'll respond to the first one but nothing else i hope u enjoy that 74 dollars because you won't be getting another red cent ever in life i don't care how much I like your cheaply made stuff update.. somehow the items that I purchased landed on my door step the phone case did not go to my phone so I had to hang it on the wall but the other thing was amazing and beautiful so I can raise this to 4 stars but only 4 because I didn't get the right phone cover but im not sure if I will ever order from there again.
I have so much to say about this company, but I'll keep it short as to not lose your attention. :-) First of all, their products are made with excellence. I've purchased 4 items and the two that I've received so far are very detailed, clear, and bright. What I love the most is that when you send in a picture of whatever you want printed on the object you want it printed on, it comes out looking JUST like the pic you sent. Also, I had an issue (it was my fault) with something I ordered from them and even though I messed up, they STILL let me get a "do-over" without penalizing (charging) me. They had already started the print of the pic I sent, and that's something that you'd normally NOT get refunded for (unless it came out marred) because it's a personal pic, but Sunflowerly gave me a full refund and let me order the one that I really meant to pick. Their customer service is hands down one of the most professional, kind, and hands on that I've seen in years especially, because they don't have a phone number to call and personally talk, it's all through emails and many companies won't even respond once they get your money, but that's not the case with them. If you order anything from them, I promise that you'll be more than pleased and want to return for more of their unique gifts. Didn't intend to write so much, but I like to give a company their props if they do right by me, so that's that!

I was very impressed by the customer service department. I had ordered a plaque, but received an ornament. One quick email later, the order was corrected and less than four days later the plaque arrived. I love it. 💜 I wasn't sure of the date.

Do not order from these people! Their product is not as described and when I finally received my order there was an issue with it. I’ve emailed the company 3 times and have not received a response. Very disappointed!
Ordered a gift for friends in Texas before Christmas and they never received it. I can't get in touch with anyone at sunflowerly to discuss the issue with 😡 however, my friend called me today 1/10/2026 and he did receive it. They loved it and thought it was both funny and amazing so despite shipping issues and communication it was well worth it and served it's purpose 3 stars instead of 1
Besides waiting three weeks for it. It is nothing like what was advertised on the sight. What was advertised was a cut out statue not an acrylic piece. Also I o ly ordered one and was charged and sent two. Also a lot smaller then i thought. The picture itself is great. But definitely not what i ordered. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering through them again. I ordered it on December 6th and did not receive it till December 27th.
I ordered 10 Christmas remeberance around the Christmas tree before I saw the bad reviews. I was scared, but they did a great job on each one. They responded to my emails and updated the tracking info. Due to Christmas time and I ordered it on the last week of before Christmas deadline, I got it the day after Christmas. That's the fault of the USPS, not theirs. I will order again.
I brought two items there were supposed to be in 3d but they were just flat surface and the printing was off on one of them. Even though my family members loved them it wasn't what I expected.
