So i ordered an accent mug and a mini statue for my husband for christmas. First thing is i never got a confirmation email, second the tracking i got never shows any real tracking information. One of my packages delivered and it never notified me as well. it still says is been shipped and that it when i look it up. My main thing was the accent mug it wasn’t 3D at all! the advertisement was deceitful. that was my main reason for ordering this specific mug. i still haven’t gotten my statue.
Make sure you read the description carefully because it does not look like this at all. it’s not a 3d object like the picture shown. It’s the picture put onto a piece of acrylic. It’s very nice but not what I was expecting
I had a good experience with Sunflowerly!! I had bought a photo blanket from another provider and it was really bad. The blanket was perfect plus somehow my old address came up They changed the address and got it on Christmas Eve. I did pay more for it to come from the US.
I ordered 6 Christmas memorial figurines and now after reading all the bad reviews I’m regretting ordering from them. I have emailed them asking when they would be shipping the out and got the same generic email about high volumes in orders etc. Still holding out hope I get them before Christmas and that they turn out like they advertised

The picture itself turned out nice, but definitely smaller than what expected. False advertisement because what I ordered looks nothing like what I thought was coming. I thought I was getting something a little bigger, it can fit in the palm of my hands.

I thought i was paying almost $40 for a sturdy gift for my daughter for Christmas. It arrived today..it's nice but misleading. It's all plastic. I'm disappointed. What exactly did I pay almost $40 for? Just her name? Definitely not a 5 star review but I won't give it a 1 either. I prob won't order from them again tho.

Ordered a customized Dog Christmas ornament from this company and I am more than pleased with it. I had a few questions and concerns but they were all addressed by the company immediately. I would definitely order from them again. Really cute ornament with customizations in a choice of sizes!! I would highly recommend them.

I ordered a custom glass/tumbler because of it's 3-D appearance. Upon arrival and inspection I discovered the 3-D portion was nothing but a flat decal on the glass... hardly what it appeared to be in the display they offered. NOW I see they have some type of disclaimer or explanation of the customized items. Obviously they have been getting many disappointed customers... and the price for a glass with a sticker on it is NOT worth the $40 some odd dollars I paid.
