If I could give them a 0- I would. They sent me the wrong item. I subsequently emailed them 8 times, called them twice, sent them pics of what they sent and repeatedly gave them the order number. The item I ordered was a birthday present. Too late now. Terrible company WM

I ordered the bakers mug which arrived after a long time, however it didnt come with the matching coaster as advertised so overall quite expensive. Despite emails requesting the coaster I get no response, very disapponting...won't be using them again!

Product I ordered, was not at all what I got. I ordered the 3D statue of my son’s fish he caught. What I got was an acrylic paper weight with a picture stuck to the back of it. Was prepared to order a lot more of these.. waste of money.

This company is very non responsive
This company is very non responsive. I sent several emails and a couple times all I got was an email back from them saying they were very busy and would respond when they could. However, they have never responded and answered any question I asked them...........very poor hope for any customer service and as I read these other complaints I now understand this is not a company I want to do business with....no trust and hope they will do what they advertise they will do. Im glad for your teporting service. All people need to know this company is not to be trusted !!

This company is horrible. What they advertise on the picture is not what you received. It's the water down Temu version of the picture. This is definitely false advertisement and they do not allow refunds. Please don't waste your money.

Ordered 5 personalized items. 4 were incorrectly labeled. Site shows 3D items. Received cut out acrylic. Have sent 4 emails to try to correct. Would keep and accept poor quality items if I could get an answer. Oh well. Out $125 Highly recommend stay away from this site. Chinese scam artists

False advertising, don’t waste your time or money!
Items received were nothing like the advertisement. I would have never paid the amount of money for something that looks like it’s worth $5! I reached out to the company via email regarding my order and the discrepancy on March 23, 2026. Today is April 9, 2026 and I still have not received a response. I truly believe that this company is a huge scam and would not recommend to anyone. This purchase was my mistake because I should have looked for reviews before making the purchase. A lesson has been learned.

Too bad a "0" star is not available. What I ordered is not what I received. The acrylic nurse doesn't even stand on its own and no stand whatsoever. Don't order anything from them. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but noooooooo, DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

Advertisement can make you fall in love, but what you receive will be totally off.
When I placed my order on 3/25/26, I expected to receive what I got as a preview on this website. I felt in love with it and I order not one, but two items. Items were received on 4/6/26, and I feel disappointed as I was expecting for something else. These 2 items were gifts for my nieces, they loved it, but truly I didn't. Not only the colors were off, but also the frame looks like embedded on a bulky white edge, when the item was supposed to be as clean and clear as the preview on the website. Just before writing this review, I messaged customer support. Most likely they won't answer. I did receive my order but wasn't satisfied whatsoever. Beside the long waiting (because it came from China and not from USA) also arrived totally off. Can't be more regretful of ordering from this website. By the way, an expensive order. Don't waste your money or time. Expectation vs reality didn't match.
