Do not buy
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this company. From the beginning, the ordering process has been frustrating and poorly handled. The item I received was not what was advertised on the website and was not what I paid for. The product photos clearly showed a crochet graduation bouquet, but what I received was essentially a pillow with a printed image and a noticeable white border that was never shown in the listing photos. After contacting customer service, I was asked to provide photos, videos, shipping label information, and a description of the issue. I promptly submitted everything requested. Since then, I have sent multiple emails requesting an update on my return and refund, only to receive the same automated response repeatedly. At this point, I feel completely ignored as a customer. The company has all the information they requested, yet I still have no resolution, no refund, and no meaningful communication regarding my case. I paid for a product that was misrepresented and did not match the advertised photos. All I am asking for is a refund for an item that is clearly not as described. Until this issue is resolved, I cannot recommend purchasing from this company. I will be sharing photos of both the advertised product and the item I actually received so others can make an informed decision before ordering
