The little blue dress
I ordered a dress on 5-1-21 for my granddaughter to be a flower girl in a wedding. The wedding was for 5-14-21. I paid for faster shipping and was told via email that it would arrive on the 11th. The dress came on the 17th which was after the wedding. I was told that I won't receive a full refund but they would refund 10.00 that I never received. I love the dress but have no use for it.
