I bought Blackview BV9900 Pro I had it…
I bought Blackview BV9900 Pro I had it for 9 weeks I got in a swimming pool with my kids. I wasn't to confident on going underwater with my phone but it's supposed to be waterproof, so I finally recorded a couple of videos underwater it seem to worked fine so I put it away with my personal stuff on a dry place by the pool. After we were done a grab my stuff check my phone and I got a black screen the blue charging led was on for a few minutes and that was it. I put the phone in a plastic zip lock bag and fill it up with rice, after three days I try it and nothing. I try the boot mode it does shows on the screen when I select any of the three it just turns off. The boot mode only works when I connect the charging cable but I still can't turn it on. I have T-mobile I was paying for my device insurance so I opened a claim they didn't have the Blackview they said they had to to send a pamplet or something somewhere to get it approved, I'll take a day or two. I paid 250.00 for the deductible four days after I got a phone they send me a Samsung S9 that was my previous phone I called T-mobile they said to call the insurance so I called then they said They don't cover the Blackview and that I agree on the Samsung. I can get a S9 for 100.00 dollars plus I still have my old S9 why would I agree to pay 250.00 for onother. Well all this negative and unpleasant experiences I've read from Blackview I'm not even going to bother to contact them on just going to take it as a loss.
