I received my order from this company , unfortunately, on opening it , the bracelet was damaged . The parcel obviously had not been handled well during delivery. I contacted them straight away . Could Not do enough for me . New sent straight away , and was told I did not need to send the original one back. Charlotte who I spoke to was amazing , apologetic and made the whole episode sooo easy . Accidents do happen … this has been handled sooo quickly and easily by Charlotte . Thoroughly recommend them xx
