No excuse to skip gym anymore
I bought the Speediance Gym Monster 2 Family Plus and we love it. Quick to deliver, pre-installed (the aero row bench needs 20 minutes installation), small footprint even when is not folded. Replacese every gym machine I used and is so convenient. No excuse to not row for 20 min in the morning or exercise a bit after work. Keeps track of performance, guides and pushes you for more… what else do I need to improve my fitness? Thank you, looking forward for the updates of new features and workouts.
