Service cancelled when I needed a refill
I had a really positive experience with my provider and got prescribed meditation and really loved the service overall. 3 months later I was due for a follow-up visit and a script renewal, and when I contacted support to update my insurance, they informed me they were no longer accepting new appointments because they were at capacity with their current providers and I was to find a new provider. This was extremely unprofessional, and the blunt response from their customer support rep was really disappointing for a service that is offering mental health treatment. I'm now stuck with no provider and a medication I depend on and have to find another way to get the script filled.
