Used this service for the first time to buy a custom box set only available on Shopee and the order came from their Singapore warehouse to United States within 3 days. They made the purchase within 15 minutes of me submitting my form. I then found out that my box set didn't include the specific items I requested the purchasing agent to buy so I sent a complaint and they responded in an hour and investigated my situation promptly. I received an apology for the mishap and was given a discount coupon for my next order and they even offered to purchase and send the correct items I didn't receive and absorbed all the costs, although it took about a week to reach me this time. tl;dr Very fast service, had a mishap with my order but it was resolved very quickly by forwardbuy so I would recommend this service!!
