Unhelpful in recovering goods from logistics company
Alibaba platform is great to connect with suppliers however when attempting to have them intervene/assist with a logistics company who had my goods valued at over US $300 due to misquoting and subsequently increased the quote by double once goods were in their possession, Alibaba did nothing to assist me in recovering goods as there had been no money exchanged
