Great Customer Service! I baught a E-SIM for Turkiye for the second time here. Last year it worked well but this time for some reason my phone had difficulties and it didn't work (I blame my phone for that though). I got into contact with the customer service and we tried everything together but still no success (again, my phone's fault I think). As we didn't get it working they kindly offered to my refund my money, which I very much appreciated.
