The best company I’ve never heard of, let alone used
I’m giving them one star because I can’t give zero to a company I have no relationship with. Apparently, in the digital age, being a total stranger to a brand is enough of a "user experience" to warrant a formal review. If their customer service is anything like their review-solicitation logic, they probably answer the phone before you even dial. I’m sure their products—whatever they are—work perfectly in the alternate dimension where I actually purchased them. Pros: They haven't sent me anything, so nothing has broken yet. Cons: I'm currently reviewing a void. Five stars for audacity, one star for relevance. Highly recommended for people who enjoy writing fan fiction about corporate entities they’ve never interacted with.
