National Floors Direct made the whole process for flooring replacement easy and stress free. All the personnel involved were very professional with outstanding communication providing superior customer service. The Flooring Specialist listened to our needs, offered helpful recommendations, and surpassed our expectations. The new flooring cost less than expected, was installed on our time schedule, and very professionally accomplished. The installation team was on time and stayed extra to finish the job so they would finish ahead of schedule. The installation was flawless and the installation team ensured everything was done to our satisfaction. I also received follow-up communications throughout the process and after the installation from the Regional Manager to make sure everything was to our satisfaction, which is above and beyond any expectations.
