Abysmal Service
Ordered Contact lenses on 9th January and received order confirmation stating "we'll email you when your order is being dispatched" Waited a week with no contact and phoned ASDA who advised lenses had been dispatched 15th January and that I should expect to wait up to 7 working days for delivery (from the 15th). When I asked why no email confirming dispatch had been received Operator advised that they do not send emails confirming dispatch. SO WHY say you do on your confirmation??? All previous suppliers I have used on line deliver within 3 working days. Not happy with this rubbish "service"
