Always top-notch customer service!
I've been with US Mobile for almost a year now and every time I've received excellent support from every single support staff. The plans are so affordable and exactly what I need, and I appreciate they offer budget low-data plans for people like me and my family members (we often feel forgotten or not valued with other mobile companies). Recently I had to chat with 3 agents due to my phone being stolen, so I needed to transfer my number, snooze my account and then wake it up. The process was so slick, and they allowed me to use an existing extra SIM I already had, all done online so conveniently! All 3 agents I worked with these past couple days were excellent, and the most recent agent, Ashhad Owais, went above and beyond to make sure I got set up and the line was fully working before he would sign off. He also made every transaction so convenient for me and took care of the payment and reactivation of the line. It was not a fun situation to be in, but he made it lighter and I felt well-supported with a kind, empathetic human on the other side, which is so refreshing now that more companies rely increasingly on AI and chatbots.
