I'm in love!
I have recently purchased an Extra Large Yore Hobo Bag (Minimal Version) and I fell immediately in love with Songmont. The bag is well constructed, you can tell by the attention to detail and the quality of the craftsmanship that Songmont is a well thought project with a clear idea in mind. I love the full grain leather, it feels soft and luxurious; the quality of the interior lining is top notch, the hardware is sturdy and the zippers run smoothly. Aside from the product itself, I was blown away by the care and attention of the customer service, which not only helped me with all of my questions, but sometimes they had the answers I was looking for, ready before I could even ask. I emailed customer service because I bought the bag as a birthday gift to myself: they made sure to accelerate the shipping process and prioritize my delivery when it arrived at local destination, to truly give me an extra special birthday experience! I pre ordered my bag on August 16th, and it shipped around August 20th. Customer service sent regular updates about the status of my delivery and really took the matter into their own hands. It took 11 business days to get to me (I'm from Italy), so I would say it was a pretty standard time frame considering it did ship from South China. I would buy again from the brand, and I would recommend it to anyone who's looking for premium quality bags and the best customer service one could look for.
