1stly, I absolutely lurvvv the Song medium bucket bag in burgundy. I must admit I had never done so much research, watched youtube clips on handbags before! I wasn't familiar with Songmont. So I was actually looking for some other designer bags that were more wellknown. Then I came across Tanner Leatherstein's feature on Songmont. I was curious and jut went from there. And then, i started searching other youtubers' reviews. There were pros and cons. I listened, watched and then discerned enough to try and match my requirements. To be honest, I don't buy fashion items, and especially something in the hundreds online! But the more I learnt about Songmont, the more intrigued I became! Then I looked into their range. And the Song bag just caught my eye from the onset tho'Tanner's feature was on the Luna bag. It took me awhile to figure which size, colour would suit my needs. I can't believe I became so excited ater I placed my order! I wasa afraid I was setting myself up too unrealistically over something I hadn't touched or smelt as I'm very tactile! But after an unnerving 7 days, my precious Song bag arrived today! Unnerving only because I was just too excited! So the unboxing was as I had hoped! I fell in love with my Song bag! The feel, the burgundy shade is amazing! But the most amazing aspect of this bag is the lightness of the bag! The strap is not the usual thickness. I know I mustn't overstuff and weigh my beautiful bag out of shape. 2ndly, I must thank the lovely Aina and the team from customer service department.She responded to my emails quite quickly! I peppered her with my emails because I had a bit of uncertainty over my presence to receive my bag. She was so understanding, patient and accommodating with my queries especially my anxiety over the delivery. I'm already looking at another bag, different size. But I'm unsure about the design. I have made some purchases from the online store for a few times and I never encountered a problem. Their customer support, Miss Lily, often replies quickly to queries whether it's via email, Facebook messenger, or WhatsApp. With regard to the products they have - it's just perfect for my use case. So far, everything I bought from them has been of the highest quality and workmanship. The items are sturdy too, I don't baby them and yet they remain pristine in appearance and haven't unraveled or came part so far. I can't recommend this brand enough.

Zero complaints, really. Company contacted me when there was a delay in my order getting to me, which is honestly the first time that's happened where I've not had to chase things up first upon realising something was up! Thankfully this issue was quickly resolved and my bag arrived safely - and what a beautiful bag it is too! I'm 6'5" tall so smaller bags can tend to look a little silly on me, in my opinion, but the XL version of the Yore Hobo bag is the perfect size for me to carry around everything I need day-to-day while also not being absolutely enormous. The suede for the main body and leather used for the base, pockets, and straps are soft yet still substantial, with a beautiful texture, while the contrast stitching all over looks incredibly neat. It's slouchy but still has definite structure with a flat, more sturdy base to keep it in shape so it doesn't sag into just a sack. Interior pockets, both zipped and open, as well as three outside pockets, mean everything in the bag isn't just swimming around in a giant void, which is always handy. I can't wait to use it and let it develop its own patina and shape with time - as soon as I've gotten over being precious about it! I'll surely be a return customer as I already have my eye on one or two other bags. Thank you Songmont!

Love the bag, but really disappointed with the price difference. I actually love my Songmont bag. The quality, design and workmanship are really good, and it has become one of my favourite bags. I liked it so much that when I was in Chengdu, I purposely went to the Songmont boutique at IFC Chengdu to purchase it in person. I paid RMB 2,680 for the bag at the boutique, thinking that buying directly from the official boutique would be the most straightforward and reasonable way to purchase it. However, after returning home, I was quite shocked to discover that the same bag is available through Songmont’s official website with direct shipping to my country, and also through Xiaohongshu, at a significantly lower price. The difference is not just a small amount — it is substantial enough to make me feel that I paid a considerable premium simply for buying it at the physical boutique. I completely understand that prices can differ between countries, channels and physical stores. But when the difference becomes this large, it does leave customers feeling like they have bought something with regret, especially when they made the effort to visit the official boutique and support the brand directly. I really do love the bag and think the quality is good. My disappointment is purely with the pricing strategy. I hope Songmont can look into this and keep the pricing across its official channels more consistent and transparent. Customers who choose to buy directly from your boutique should not feel disadvantaged afterwards when they discover the same product being sold for considerably less elsewhere. Beautiful bag, good quality — just really wish the pricing was more consistent so customers can enjoy their purchase without that feeling of “I should have bought it somewhere else.”

I bought three bags from Songmont for my wife's birthday. All three were of extremely high quality. There were only two issues, and Songmont solved them both. Problem one was that one of the nice white boxes a bag came in was smushed on a corner due to the shipper. I contacted Songmont about this and they sent out a brand new box at no charge, even though the damage wasn't their fault. Problem two was that my wife decided she wanted one of the bags to be a different model. Even though I wanted to do the return long after the return window expired, the company worked with me to get her the bag she wanted, and they paid a prompt refund for the difference in price. Overall a very positive experience!

I’m absolutely in love with my bag! ❤️ The whole experience was great, from ordering to delivery. The bag arrived surprisingly quickly from China to Brazil, and I was also very happy that I didn’t have to pay any additional taxes or fees. But the best part is the bag itself. It’s even more beautiful in person, feels very well made. The design is elegant, practical, and looks much more expensive than it actually is.
