I have made some purchases from the online store for a few times and I never encountered a problem. Their customer support, Miss Lily, often replies quickly to queries whether it's via email, Facebook messenger, or WhatsApp. With regard to the products they have - it's just perfect for my use case. So far, everything I bought from them has been of the highest quality and workmanship. The items are sturdy too, I don't baby them and yet they remain pristine in appearance and haven't unraveled or came part so far. I can't recommend this brand enough.
