Over-promise, poor results, no customer service response
First thing - they tell you it's free. It's not. After spending an inordinate time scanning my system, it doesn't allow you to recover your files until you pay a fee - total bait and switch! After forking over the cash, it kept telling me I needed to buy a license though I just had. They don't supply any sort of authorization key though they continually ask for one. When, after much trial and error, I finally was able to "recover" my files - only approx. 40% were recovered, over 50% were returned with no file name attached. Basically, the files recovered were useless. I tried to contact customer service and was unsuccessful. I emailed the company as well with a promise of a response - two weeks have passed with no response. This product comes with big promises, but they are lies and exaggeration. Basically, they stole $75.00 from me and created much frustration - stay away from this product. It's a rip-off.
