Sent me the wrong print head
Sent me the wrong product, then asked for a refund and was contacted to verify my purchase and am still waiting for details of where to send product back too, have been waiting over a week now, really disappointed as I recently purchased a brand new Neptune 4 and am not sure if I want all this drama into the future.
