I have ordered twice lately, and ordered the 2nd time because of the positive experience of the 1st. When, with my latest order, I didn’t get a link to track the package, I just responded to the order confirmation and got a very timely response. Ordering a warmer/frother has enriched my coffee-making at home so much I got another as a gift for someone else. I like the product, the price, and the customer service!
